Meet Alfredo Melendez

Originally from Watsonville, California, Alfredo Melendez relocated in 2016 to San Jose, California, where he met his wife. Their daughter, Amiyah, was born soon after in 2018, and their son, Adriel, recently came into the world in the spring of 2022!

 

As a Central California native, Alfredo has an intimate knowledge of the area and specializes in serving the South Bay housing market, in addition to serving the entire San Francisco Bay Area. He primarily serves first-time homebuyers and sellers and has been licensed since 2019. Alfredo grew up in a family surrounded by contractors, engineers, and architects. From helping his dad around the jobsite to watching his uncle draw up the blueprints, Alfredo has always been surrounded by real estate.

 

Prior to his career as a real estate professional, Alfredo worked in sales with various tech companies in Silicon Valley. An ambitious person, he is eager to take on new challenges. He values clear, consistent communication and conducts his business with honesty, grit, collaboration, and transparency. Given his strong background in sales, marketing, customer service, and negotiation, his recent career transition into the real estate industry has been seamless. Alfredo is driven to succeed on behalf of his family. His persistence, paired with his sharp knowledge of the local market, has enabled him to deliver exceptional client care while providing expert guidance. Outside of work, Alfredo enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors.
