He would point out things in each home that neither my partner nor I noticed and would provide various recommendations on improvements (as we were looking for fixer-uppers). He never once pushed us on a certain home, but made us aware of all the different pros/cons. He has a strong customer satisfaction approach! As first-time home buyers, we asked so many questions and he was always so patient with us. He is so dedicated to his work and was responsive from morning to evening. He dedicated consecutive Saturdays to visit homes with us.
