Meet Mitch

Originally from Fremont, California, Mitch Del Rosario is the son of Filipino immigrants who’ve achieved the American dream. Inspired by them, he has become a top producer in the fast-paced Northern California market, closing dozens of deals and influencing more than $100 million in on- and off-market sales. Although the results he achieves often surpass his clients’ expectations, what they most remember about him is his collaborative nature, leadership, and bold passion. His past sellers and buyers know firsthand that no matter how complicated the transaction, he finds a way to create a winning solution. Their success is his success.

 

Mitch started out his career flipping homes alongside a professional contractor and became a licensed agent in 2016. He was awarded Rookie of the Year during his first year as an agent. Since then, he’s continued to excel, including winning Top Producer status from 2018 to 2022 at his previous brokerage. Mitch has also been featured in Real Producers magazine and has mentored many other agents aspiring to become top producers. In 2022, he founded KOLLAB Real Estate, a team of elite professionals who offer the highest caliber service and transform connections into lifelong relationships.

 

Mitch offers clients market expertise, competitive industry knowledge, and skills ranging from negotiating, pricing tactics, marketing, and financing to project management and basic residential construction. Over the years, he has also developed a strong network of partners available for every real estate need.

 

During his free time, Mitch is committed to serving his community. He also enjoys creating real estate content on social media, golfing, snowboarding, playing his guitar, and running with his Rhodesian Ridgebacks. One of Mitch’s biggest dreams is to live a long, happy life, putting family first and bringing positive energy to everyone he encounters.
